So… the season is in full swing and some of you may have had the luck to come over to visit us already and must have loads of beautiful memories of their holidays: have you thought of turning those memories into a possibility to come back?
Well, this year the Hotel Garnì Roberta has decided to help you do just that, with the competition ‘Take off on your skis! Take up photography!’. We all know that taking photos is one of those things we all like doing once on holidays, and we thought it would have been great if we all shared the nicest, funniest or most stunning moments of our time on the Marmolada together, to show each other how great our vacation was; then we thought it may have been even better if the best snapshots were awarded a prize, and what better prize for the a picture representing the perfect holiday than… another fantastic holiday!
That was the premises behind our idea and now the ball is in your half of the pitch!
We are running the competition through our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/garniroberta), where you will find all the information on how to submit your pics and where you can view some of the best entries so far; we want you to take a snap representing what skiing means for you, how the mountains and the snow make you feel. You can go for an artsy shot or just focus on the happy factor a cool holiday brings on and send us something that shows it: your work will be published on our Facebook page and we will all end up enjoying an amazing photo album, dedicated to the beauty of the Marmolada in the winter 2011-2012.
But let’s face it: you guys would like to get something even better than sharing memories with fellow skiers… and that’s why our winner will get some free nights with us and skipasses!
You have to check out ‘Take off on your skis! Take up photography!’, the opportunity to come back to visit us for free is at hand’s grasp, but you must do it now, as the ultimate deadline for submission is the 31st of January 2012.
